Sparkling Limoncello Cocktail
This sparkling limoncello cocktail is bright yellow and bursting with citrusy-sweet flavor. Plus, it only has three main ingredients, so it's super simple to make.

Ingredients
- 3 oz Prosecco
- 2 oz Limoncello
- 1 oz Club soda
- White frosting
- White sanding sugar
Instructions
Prepare the Glasses
- Choose the glasses in which you'll serve the beverage.
- Pour some of the sanding sugar onto a small plate or shallow bowl.
- Roll the rim of the glass in the frosting, coating it generously.
- Then, roll the frosted rim of the glass in the sanding sugar, covering the outer and inner rim. Set aside.
For One Cocktail
- Combine all ingredients in a sugar-rimmed glass over ice. Stir gently and serve immediately.
For a Pitcher of Cocktails
- To make this cocktail in batches, use the same ratio: 3 parts prosecco to 2 parts limoncello to 1 part club soda. (For example, three full-sized cocktails would require 9 oz prosecco, 6 oz limoncello, and 3 oz club soda.)
- Combine all in a pitcher without ice.
- Add ice to the sugar-rimmed glasses and pour the cocktail over the ice to enjoy.
