Did It For The 'Gram

Inspired by Iron Chef @dominiquecrenn adaptation of the famous Paul Bocuse’s “Black Truffle Soup Élysée,” (made with foie gras and fresh black truffle) on Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend.

Sorry, single-dozen muffin tin, but the time has come 😅 It’s not you, it’s me. I just need more… more cups in which to bake things. I need at least 2 dozen. I’ll always remember our time together, though… let’s stay friends. ❤️‍🩹 lolllll

I’m not about spending big bucks on a tall box that the cake will only be in for transport, plus to get the boxes cheaper you usually have to buy in bulk and I don’t use them frequently enough to store them! AINT nobody got room for that. So, in a pinch, I head up to Office Max and get a 12” tall box (score!!) for less than $3 (double score!!) Plus, they’re heartier anyway which means I can stack stuff on it or set it in my car and not have to worry as much about stuff crushing the box (and cake.) 😋 Have you ever used this trick?? 📦

Stop the presses! Cue applause! Why does it feel like such a big deal to leave the craft store… the baking store… or TARGET… with only what you intended to buy? Lol 99% of the time I find alllll the things that I didn’t know I needed until I was there 🤪🤪 Which store does this for you??

I’m not sure if it’s more of a glass half-full or glass half-empty kind of thing, but either way… we’re halfway there. 😅
