Many people associate low-effort meals with “dull” and “boring”. However, you might be surprised to find that there are numerous meal options that are not only quick and easy to cook, but bursting with flavor, too!
Whether you’re cooking for yourself or for your family, here are 3 easy, hearty meals that you’ll love this fall and winter!
3 Easy-To-Cook Meals That Feel Like 5-Star Dining
These are some of the tastiest, easy meals on the internet! Click on the linked text to find the recipe for each one. Enjoy!
Creamy Garlic Tuscan Salmon With Spinach & Sun-Dried Tomatoes
This creamy garlic Tuscan salmon takes little effort but is packed with flavor, texture, and overall drool-worthiness. You can serve it over rice, pasta, or with a heaping side of veggies — either way, it’s bound to look as if it came out of a 5-star kitchen!
With a sun-dried tomato, spinach, and garlic cream sauce, you’ll be watering at the mouth as it cooks. Plus, there aren’t many steps involved, so you can have this meal started and finished in about 20 minutes! The perfect weeknight meal that tastes like an elegant date night dish.
Beef Stroganoff
Few people would place beef stroganoff among the top easy-to-cook meals. However, I say that depends significantly on which recipe you follow. This easy beef stroganoff recipe, for instance, takes much less time and effort — plus, the final result is jam-packed with flavor, it’ll taste as if it’s been cooking all day!
Since you’ll use a pressure cooker to make the dish, it doesn’t even dirty any pots or pans! Another win! Plus, pressure cookers lock in all of the meaty juices and flavors of a dish, so though this is considered an “easy” dish, you won’t sacrifice ANY taste or texture.
Baked Feta Pasta
Pasta is a common go-to when people think of easy meals. However, coming up with a unique recipe that tastes great and doesn’t take too long is where the difficulty comes in. Say good-bye to the same old spaghetti and jar sauce: this baked feta pasta recipe is taking over the internet — and, with good reason.
There are relatively few ingredients needed, and you can just pop everything into a pan and leave it to cook. Super simple, right? Depending on how golden brown you want everything, you’ll only need to let it cook for between 30 and 40 minutes. Plenty of time for you to catch up on dishes, do some cleaning, or relax with your favorite episode!
One baking tray will be enough to feed the family, and, trust me — they’ll come back for seconds! Serve this up alongside some grilled chicken or a veggie-filled salad for a well-rounded, filling meal!
A Bonus Meal Idea — Just For You, No Cooking Neccessary!
One of our favorite weeknight meals is a simple charcuterie board! And, perks — you don’t actually have to cook anything!
Like the featured image for this post shows, simply load up a cutting board or serving tray with your favorite fresh fruits, veggies, some cheeses, meats, nuts, olives, dips, and anything else you like to munch on!
I love the simplicity and versatility of charcuterie — you can omit items you don’t prefer to eat, load the board up with healthy choices, or splurge a little on tasty treats (like chocolate-covered almonds, yum!) It’s a great way to feel like you’re eating “party food” but without tons of effort or time spent in the kitchen.
3 Simple and Easy, Yet High-Quality Meals
Quick recipes don’t have to be dull and tasteless. Each of these 3 easy meals takes only a small amount of time to cook through, and very little effort to prepare. That gives you plenty of time to relax or focus on other things while the food is cooking. What’s not to love?
